How about parting with the 'responsible adult' and use the 'brain conversaion' to just blog for the fun of it. Then you can write whatever you want. That will be more like dancing and less like work, both for you and your etherial partners.

These are very much my own struggles: Being "in community" with the right people, and (I really like this word) *ignition*. Online conversations are often satisfying in their own way, but my words communing with your words via IP and browsers just ain't the same as you and I laughing over a cup of whatever we're psyched to imbibe at the moment. The right community creates both spontaneous mutual comfort and spontaneous mutual combustion. I'm not becoming a recluse because I'm getting sucked into my computer, I get sucked into my computer because I'm reclusive, and I'm reclusive because the people that really get my energy moving are not in the area, unavailable because they're raising their children, some combination of the two, or dead; and so, the only people I have left to hang with are me, myself, and I. And so, my only community is online; nice enough I suppose, especially since it's more and more all I have, but it's just not the same.

And so, here we are: we leap in the air, and say ;-) for all the fish. And we know something's missing, and we wonder what. Perhaps the answer is as simple as... the correct group of present-in-the-flesh *people*?
